Open Door Church

Loving God, Loving Others, Sharing the Peace of Christ in and around Lexington

What we believe

Open Door is one church with multiple expressions committed to loving God, loving others, and sharing the peace of Christ in and around Lexington. We seek to do that by opening our doors to anyone that needs family and opening our hands to give freely and do good. Learn more.

Seven Minute sermon for Home Churches

As we move into Easter, we continue through the Psalms, joining our psalmists as they learn how to sing again. “Why do you believe that God is real?” Join Pastor Christina and the psalmist who authored Psalm 116 for this week’s Seven Minute Sermon.

For other sermons in this series, check out our Vimeo channel or Facebook page. We’d love to hear from you! Share your thoughts, comments, and questions at office@opendoorlex.org.

Psalms of Easter

As we move through Eastertide, we will continue to look to the Psalms as we embrace the joy and hope of new life in Christ as we learn to sing again. Join us at our Sunday gathering at 10 am or at one of our Home Churches that meet throughout the week as we join the Psalmists in their experience of mourning turned to laughter.

Spill The Tea Women’s Luncheon

Join us for a “High Tea” lunch for the women of Open Door Church inspired by Titus 2; a time of sharing our faith and life stories with one another. All ages welcome!

We’d love to see you! We’re located at 749 Addison Ave & Home Churches in and around Lexington.
